Read Quran : Surah Al Kahf or surah Kahfi today

” I don’t care if Monday is blue, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday too, Saturday I don’t care about you , It’s FRIDAY, I’m in love …. Saturday wait, Sunday always comes too late, but FRIDAY never hesitate”… - -The Cure -

Abu Darda' Radiyallahu 'anhu narrates that Nabi sallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: The one who recites the three verses of the beginning of Surah AI-Kahf will be protected from the trial of Dajjal. (Tirmidhi)

Abu Darda' Radiyallahu 'anhu narrates that Nabi sallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: He who memorizes the first ten verses of Surah AI-Kahf will be protected from the trial of Dajjal. In another narration, it is the last ten verses of Siirah AI-Kahf (Muslim)

Hadith of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him):
"Whoever recites Surah Al-Kahf on the day of Jumuah (Friday) he will be given a light between the two jumuahs (i.e. that one and the next one)."
[Al-Haakim]

It is recommended to recite Surat al-Kahf completely the night before Friday, and it is also recommended to do so Friday itself, before Maghrib time.

more on Virtues of Reciting Surah Al Kahf on Friday here

The Prophet (salAllahu alayhi wasalam) said, ‘Whoever recited Surah al Kahf in the same manner in which it was revealed, it will serve for him as a light on the Day of Judgement, from his domicile to Makkah. And whoever recited the last ten verses, and it happens that the Dajjal should appear after that, Dajjal will not be empowered over him’.
[Hakim 1/564 & Dhahabi]

Abu’d-Darda’ reported that the Messenger of Allah (salAllahu alayhi wasalam) said, “Anyone who memorises ten ayats from the beginning of Surat al-Kahf (18) will be protected from the Dajjal.”
[Muslim, Riyad as-Salihin by Imam an-Nawawi 183 #1012]
One variant has, “from the end of Surat al-Kahf.”

The Prophet (salAllahu alayhi wasalam) said, ‘Whoever recited Surah al Kahf on a Friday, Allah will kindle for him abundant light to brightly illuminate the period between the two Fridays (the Friday on which the recitation was made and the next Friday)’
[Hakim 2/367, Mishkat al-Masabih #2175, however Baihaqi disagreed with it’s authenticity in Sahih Al Jami 2/1104]

Narrated Al-Bara’bin Azib: A man was reciting Surah Al-Kahf and his horse was tied with two ropes beside him. A cloud came down and spread over that man, and it kept on coming closer and closer to him till his horse started jumping (as if afraid of something). When it was morning, the man came to the Prophet, and told him of that experience. The Prophet said, “That was As-Sakina (tranquility) which descended because of (the recitation of) the Qur’an.”
[Sahih al-Bukhari 6:61 #531, at-Tirmidhi 2810/A]

the Trumpet = sangkakala. = la Trompe:

Dan ditiuplah sangkakala. Itulah hari terlaksananya ancaman.

Read Quran Surah Al-Kahf 18:110 Say (O Muhammad SAW): "I am only a man like you. It has been revealed to me that your Ilâh (God) is One Ilâh

Al-Kahf

Say (O Muhammad SAW): "I am only a man like you. It has been revealed to me that your Ilâh (God) is One Ilâh (God — i.e. Allâh). So whoever hopes for the Meeting[] with his Lord, let him work righteousness and associate none as a partner in the worship of his Lord." (110)

Al-Kahf

Say: "I am but a man like yourselves, (but) the inspiration has come to me, that your God is one God: whoever expects to meet his Lord, let him work righteousness, and in the worship of his Lord, admit no one as partner." (110)

Read Surah Qaf Ayat 16-29 And the stupor of death will come in truth: "This is what you have been avoiding!" (19)

Qaf

And indeed We have created man, and We know what his ownself whispers to him. And We are nearer to him than his jugular vein (by Our Knowledge). (16) (Remember!) that the two receivers (recording angels) receive (each human being), one sitting on the right and one on the left (to note his or her actions)[] (17) Not a word does he (or she) utter, but there is a watcher by him ready (to record it).[] (18) And the stupor of death will come in truth: "This is what you have been avoiding!" (19) And the Trumpet will be blown — that will be the Day whereof warning (had been given) (i.e. the Day of Resurrection). (20) And every person will come forth along with an (angel) to drive (him), and an (angel) to bear witness. (21) (It will be said to the sinners): "Indeed you were heedless of this, now We have removed your covering, and sharp is your sight this Day!" (22) And his companion (angel) will say: "Here is (this Record) ready with me!" (23) (Allah will say to the angels): "Both of you throw into Hell, every stubborn disbeliever (in the Oneness of Allâh, in His Messengers) — (24) "Hinderer of good, transgressor, doubter, (25) "Who set up another ilâh (god) with Allâh, Then both of you cast him in the severe torment." (26) His companion (Satan — devil)] will say: "Our Lord! I did not push him to transgression, (in disbelief, oppression, and evil deeds) but he was himself in error far astray." (27) Allâh will say: "Dispute not in front of Me, I had already, in advance, sent you the threat. (28) The Sentence that comes from Me cannot be changed, and I am not unjust to the slaves." (29)

Qaf

It was We who created man, and We know what dark suggestions his soul makes to him: for We are nearer to him than (his) jugular vein. (16) Behold two (guardian angels) appointed to learn (his doings) learn (and note them), one sitting on the right and one on the left. (17) Not a word does he utter but there is a sentinel by him, ready (to note it). (18) And the stupor of death will bring truth (before his eyes): "This was the thing which thou wast trying to escape!" (19) And the Trumpet shall be blown: that will be the Day whereof warning (had been given). (20) And there will come forth every soul: with each will be an (angel) to drive, and an (angel) to bear witness. (21) (It will be said:) "Thou wast heedless of this; now have We removed thy veil, and sharp is thy sight this Day!" (22) And his companion will say: "Here is (his Record) ready with me!" (23) (The sentence will be:) "Throw throw, into Hell every contumacious Rejector (of Allah)!― (24) "Who forbade what was good, transgressed all bounds, cast doubts and suspicions; (25) "Who set up another god besides Allah: throw him into a severe Penalty." (26) His companion will say: "Our Lord! I did not make him transgress, but he was (himself) far astray." QAAF

Read Quran Surah Al-Haaqqa Then on that Day shall the (Great) Event befall. (15)

Al-Haaqqa

That We might make it a (Noah's ship)an admonition for you, and that it might be retained by the retaining ears. (12) Then when the Trumpet will be blown with one blowing (the first one), (13) And the earth and the mountains shall be removed from their places, and crushed with a single crushing. (14) Then on that Day shall the (Great) Event befall. (15) And the heaven will berent asunder, for that Day it (the heaven) will be frail, and torn up. (16) And the angels will be on its sides, and eight angels will, that Day, bear the Throne of your Lord above them. (17) That Day shall you be brought to Judgement, not a secret of you will be hidden. (18)

Al-Haaqqa

That We might make it a message unto you, and that ears (that should hear the tale and) retain its memory should bear its (lessons) in remembrance. (12) Then, when one Blast is sounded on the Trumpet, (13) And the earth is moved and its mountains, and they are crushed to powder at one stroke― (14) On that Day shall the (Great) Event come to pass, (15) And the sky will be rent asunder, for it will that Day be flimsy (16) And the angels will be on its sides and eight will, that Day, bear the Throne of thy Lord above them. (17) That Day shall ye be brought to Judgment: not an act of yours that ye hide will be hidden. (18)

Al-Haaqqa

Surah at-Talaq ayah 2

At-Talaq

Then when they are about to attain their term appointed, either take them back in a good manner or part with them in a good manner. And take as witness two just persons from among you (Muslims). And establish the testimony for Allâh. That will be an admonition given to him who believes in Allâh and the Last Day. And whosoever fears Allâh and keeps his duty to Him, He will make a way for him to get out (from every difficulty). (2) And He will provide him from (sources) he never could imagine. And whosoever puts his trust in Allâh, then He will suffice him. Verily, Allâh will accomplish his purpose. Indeed Allâh has set a measure for all things. (3)

Read Quran Surah Al Qaf (50.39) " And celebrate the praises Of Your Lord before The rising of the sun And before (its) setting."

The Holy Quran: Surah 50. Qaf, (the Letter), ( Q )

Qaf

And indeed We created the heavens and the earth and all between them in six Days and nothing of fatigue touched Us. (38) So bear with patience (O Muhammad SAW) all that they say, and glorify the Praises of your Lord, before the rising of the sun and before (its) setting (i.e. the Fajr, Zuhr, and 'Asr prayers)[]. (39) And during a part of the night (also), glorify His praises (i.e. Maghrib and 'Isha prayers), and (so likewise) after the prayers [As-Sunnah, Nawâfil — optional and additional prayers, And also glorify, praise and magnify Allâh - Subhân Allâh, Alhamdu lillâh, Allâhu-Akbar]. (40)

Qaf

We created the heavens and the earth and all between them in Six Days nor did any sense of weariness touch Us. (38) Bear, then, with, patience all that they say and celebrate the praises of thy Lord, before the rising of the sun and before (its) setting (39) And during part of the night, (also), celebrate His praises, and (so likewise) after the postures of adoration. (40)

Qaf

Hadith 1:547

Narrated Jarir bin 'Abdullah:

We were with the Prophet on a full moon night. He looked at the moon and said, "You will certainly see your Lord as you see this moon, and there will be no trouble in seeing Him. So if you can avoid missing (through sleep, business, etc.) a prayer before the rising of the sun (Fajr) and before its setting ('Asr) you must do so. He (the Prophet ) then recited the following verse:

And celebrate the praises Of Your Lord before The rising of the sun And before (its) setting." (50.39)
